In this role, Bourgon will be responsible for the Company's people strategy and planning, including continuing to attract the best talent, ongoing employee development, creating a competitive and leading compensation and benefits program, improving global employee engagement and building on the positive and unique culture at LLamasoft. Bourgon brings more than 20 years of experience architecting high performing HR teams in organizations in various stages of growth and in multiple industries including technology, insurance, media and retail. Having held leadership roles at Insightsoftware, Valence Health, The Warranty Group, Tribune Company and Sears Roebuck Company, Bourgon has deep expertise enabling employees to unlock their potential to drive business results. He will be based in LLamasoft's Ann Arbor headquarters.
