The ISO certifications come in addition to Cydome’s Cyber Essentials certification, a United Kingdom government-backed scheme which helps organisations demonstrate operational security against cyberattacks. ISO 27001 is a standard in which data privacy is controlled. When used in sync with ISMS, effective data privacy management is achieved. ISO 27017 was developed to ensure the safety of cloud-based environments and SaaS by reducing the risk of security problems. Through these accreditations Cydome is certified to be implementing a Privacy Information Management System, ensuring a safe and secure cloud-based environment for users, thus demonstrating its commitment to the security of data.
The ISO family is made up of more than a dozen standards that aim to enable companies to manage the security of their assets.
