DispatchTrack Acquires Beetrack and Expands Operations in Latin America

Campbell, CA - December 2, 2021 - DispatchTrack, a global last mile logistics software-as-a-service leader that powers positive, predictable, and visible experiences for shippers, drivers, and recipients, today announced the purchase of Beetrack, the Latin American leader in logistics software. The acquisition will expand DispatchTrack's global footprint with the addition of more than 850 customers across 20 countries in Latin America including Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Costa Rica.


DispatchTrack was founded in 2010 and received $144M in a first round of growth equity funding in May 2020 from Spectrum Equity. The company powers over 60 million deliveries every year for thousands of customers globally. Its state-of-the-art SaaS platform simplifies complex last mile deliveries and service operations for major B2B and B2C brands and their delivery partners so they can provide high-touch, frictionless, and delightful delivery experiences to their customers. 

DispatchTrack serves leading global brands across a broad range of industries including retail, CPG, furniture and appliance, construction, grocery, restaurants, food and beverage, and third-party logistics firms (3PLs).
