LLamasoft to Host Eighth Annual SummerCon Supply Chain Conference in Atlanta

Event to Feature Customer Presentations by General Motors, IKEA, Sam's Club, Starbucks, Unilever, and More

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (May 31, 2018) - LLamasoft, a global leader in supply chain design solutions, will welcome supply chain practitioners, innovators and leaders from many of the world's largest companies to the eighth annual SummerCon supply chain conference, taking place from June 11-15, 2018 at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta. This year's attendees will experience "The Next Evolution of Supply Chain Design" by learning how faster, smarter supply chain decision-making can empower them to continuously evolve their supply chains and remain one step ahead of the competition.

Featuring a variety of sessions covering the full spectrum of supply chain design technologies and solutions, attendees will learn how some of the world's best-known companies, such as General Motors, Dell and Whirlpool, are using supply chain design to solve complex challenges and quickly respond to changing market conditions. The conference will begin with two days of pre-conference training, where attendees will receive hands-on training with the latest innovations in supply chain design technology.


SummerCon 2018 will offer thought-provoking keynote addresses from Nobel Prize-winning psychologist, behavioral economist and author of Thinking, Fast and Slow, Daniel Kahneman; renowned magician Penn Jilette of Penn & Teller; the Co-Founder, Chairman and Co-Chief Scientific Officer of Synthetic Genomics Inc (SGI), J. Craig Venter; LLamasoft Founder and Chairman of the Board Don Hicks; and LLamasoft CEO Razat Gaurav.
