CHICAGO, Oct. 16, 2018—Honeywell Intelligrated highlights a comprehensive lineup of connected lifecycle support services including augmented reality maintenance for end-of-line packaging operations at PACK EXPO International booth S-2560. The connected solutions address challenges customers face maintaining complex automated systems by expediting issue resolution, improving asset reliability and maximizing system utilization.

TechSight is an augmented reality solution that uses smart glasses to enable remote video collaboration, connecting on-site technicians to Honeywell Intelligrated service experts to more quickly diagnose and troubleshoot critical issues. The technology allows remote support teams to see exactly what customer maintenance personnel are dealing with in real time, eliminating both the communication limitations of a standard phone call and the safety concerns of handheld devices.
