BluJay Announces 2019 Soaring Performance Customer Award Winners

Customers recognized at BluJay's SOAR 2019 conference for remarkable results in customer experience, business improvement, collaboration, and creative use of technology

Holland, MI - May 16, 2019 - BluJay Solutions, a leading provider of supply chain software and services powered by the world's first Global Trade Network, announces the winners of its third annual Soaring Performance Customer Awards. The awards program honors customers achieving supply chain innovation by tapping into the power of BluJay's ecosystem. Winners were celebrated at the company's SOAR 2019 conference in Orlando, Florida.

The Soaring Performance Customer Awards are presented to the top company in each of the following four categories: The End Customer Experience; Global Trade Network; How Blu Are You? and LaaS Soaring Performance.

• Smurfit Kappa was presented with the End-Customer Experience Award, for the supply chain team that is demonstrably impacting their end-customers' experience through innovative use of technology. A customer since 2014, Smurfit Kappa has deployed Transportation Management in multiple countries and improved their logistics performance throughout the Smurfit Kappa supply chain.

• Ball Corporation was awarded the Global Trade Network Award, recognizing outcomes achieved through collaborative relationships with carriers, other shippers, suppliers, and partners in BluJay's GTN. Ball has collaborated with other BluJay shippers on continuous move opportunities, and actively participates in developing innovative solutions that involve an expansive list of stakeholders, creating actionable data and visibility within the supply chain.

• Farrow received the How Blu Are You? Award for its drive of measurable business improvement and excellence accomplished through the use of BluJay's technology, network, and/or services - as an organization and together with supply chain partners in the BluJay network. In close partnership with BluJay, Farrow successfully migrated its Customs Management technology to the cloud with an integrated financial solution, and is adding Transportation Management and Control Tower solutions, to best serve their customers.

• Aryzta was awarded the LaaS Soaring Performance Award, honoring outstanding achievement and partnership in Logistics as a Service, for demonstrating supply chain excellence by utilizing team effort. Aryzta has integrated transportation with other areas of the business to create a more cross-functional operations team, and recently partnered with BluJay's LaaS team to develop a new Carrier Relationship Program. ?
