San Rafael, CA (December 1, 2021) PAC Machinery, a leader in packaging equipment and packaging supplies with one of the most comprehensive ranges of equipment, will exhibit its Rollbag R785, R3200XL Fulfillment and R3200 Fulfillment Automatic Baggers in booth #C7291 at MODEX 2022, March 28-31, at the Georgia World Congress Center. PAC will be running samples on the baggers with some of the most innovative environmentally-friendly packaging options for poly mailing automation. MODEX 2022 will be the first large in-person event for the supply chain logistics industry since the global pandemic disrupted business and supply chains worldwide. This a MUST ATTEND event for those interested in automated packaging equipment.

Rollbag R3200 Fulfillment This bagger is ideal for e-commerce, order fulfillment and distribution facilities that require the highest level of performance in their order fulfillment packaging operation. The standard Rollbag R3200 works with bags up to 16″ wide x 24″ long and has a seal bar opening of up to 6″ (8″ opening optional). Info

Rollbag R3200XL Fulfillment This system makes a bag to length, prints and applies a shipping label on it, allows it to be loaded automatically or manually and seals and separates the bag. Use our new coex mailer poly tubing for right-sizing, material savings, and short lead-time. Works with bags up to 22″ wide x 36″ long and features a seal bar opening of up to 11″. Info

Rollbag R785 Automatic Bagger
This system is a unique, all-electric tabletop automatic poly bagger that uses the same electronics as our larger floor standing baggers, making it a dependable, industrial quality, multi-shift packaging solution. Using an advanced control system, the R785 is able to operate at a rate of up to 40 bags/min, ensuring that machine speed is not the limiting factor in your packaging operation. The R785 automatic bagger is engineered to accommodate bags on a roll up to 12” wide and 20” long. The high-power sealing magnet creates hermetic seals in materials up to 5 mil thick. Info
