Wonder partners with Sorted to streamline global shipping operations

Manchester, UK; 14th March 2024: The Wonder Group, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of party goods, has selected the Delivery Experience platform Sorted (AIM:SORT) to streamline global shipping operations. Sorted’s platform will manage the shipping of Wonder Group’s products using carriers such as DPD, Evri, Royal Mail and FedEx.

Wonder partnered with Sorted after an extensive market search across several vendors. Sorted emerged as the top choice due to its previous relationship with Party Delights, its enhanced level of support during the sales and onboarding process, and the technology elements of its system. This includes the smooth integration processes, Sorted’s user interface, and its detailed tech documentation.

Wonder aims to achieve several key objectives through this partnership. These include unifying operational processes across its business units, saving costs on carriage through true cost allocation, and having a single point of truth for all business units operating out of one UK-based fulfilment centre. The platform will also empower Wonder to present live delivery options to customers at the point of checkout to reduce missed promise dates.

Robert Branigan at Wonder said: "We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers in terms of the products we offer and the way we get them to their doorsteps. Our partnership with Sorted represents a significant step forward in achieving this goal, as we unify our operational processes and utilise innovative technology to streamline our fulfilment operations and improve our shipping capabilities. Sorted's expertise and flexibility presented the perfect solution for our businesses, and our work together will drive cost savings, improve customer satisfaction, and support our business growth."

Carmen Carey, CEO of Sorted, added: “Customers now expect a stellar experience throughout the purchase experience, with post-purchase being a key part of this. We believe in using technology to make a positive impact on customer experience. Our partnership with Wonder is a great example of this, as we work together to streamline its logistics processes, save costs, and provide better experiences. With our streamlined solution, this partnership will help Wonder further enhance the relationships it has built with its customers.”
